As a freelancer, if you see a posting on the platform that you think would be suitable for another freelance journalist or filmmaker that you know, you can use the "Refer a Friend" feature to enable them to apply, even if they aren't on the Storyhunter platform yet.
On the postings page, click the title of the posting you wish to refer a friend to. Once in the posting view, click Refer a Friend.
Once you select "Refer a friend," type in your contact's information. You'll see a pop-up like the one shown below:
Enter your friend's name and email address, then click Send Referral. They'll receive an email to sign up for Storyhunter and will be able to access the posting as soon as they've filled out their profile.
