Credit Card Payment
When you create a client account on Storyhunter you will be requested to input a credit card before you can create a posting. It is a mandatory requirement. The card on file will be charged only at the point of project completion.
Updating Credit Card Details
First, select your icon in the top right corner of the page, then Company Profile from the drop down menu.
Then, select Edit > Billing Information
Within this page, you will be able to add, delete, and update the credit card that you wish to be charged.
Depending on your subscription, you can request custom invoicing. Storyhunter typically bills on 30 day net payment terms so that we can keep our guarantee to freelancers of payment within 30 days of project completion.
